“It is the sweet, simple things of life which are the real ones after all.” ~Laura Ingalls Wilder. As we close out summer and head into fall, I remember all of the “sweet” summer moments—family trips with my boys, pool days and teaching my son to swim, morning horse back rides on our retired OTTB, hikes with our dogs, and lazy weekends at home to name a few. On a fashion related note, the midi dress remains one of my favorites—classy and elegant, easily transitioning from season to season. This one did not disappoint with its simple lines, side buttons, and pretty sky blue color. I paired the dress with these pretty clear heels which continue to be one of my favorite pairs.
